Cancellation Guidelines:

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our small business cancellation guidelines.

If you must change or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee valued at the total cost of the scheduled service(s). This policy applies to all appointments, including same-day.

Late cancellations within 48 hours for workshops, classes, special events and private energy healing appointments will also be charged in full unless the space can be filled by another attendee.

At our discretion, if a refund is considered, any approved refund may require a $10 processing fee. This $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your scheduled session as we are unable to allow latecomers into the large community cave after a session has started. If late arrivals, the same conditions of a no-show will apply.

Gift Cards and Retail:

All sales are final.

Salt Cave Etiquette:

To ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience, please silence your phones and speak softly.

Please no vaping and/or smoking within the premises. Food & drinks are not permitted in the Salt Caves.

Service Animals:

Service Animals are welcome and will be accommodated.

Pets and/or Emotional Support Animals are not permitted at any time. Any animal that is not under its handler’s control or is disruptive may be required to leave the premises.
